Brute Beach Wrestling specializes in beach wrestling apparel and accessories, including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, headgear, towels, crop tops, and crew necks. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

All payments must be made at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Brute Beach Wrestling is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
