Because all of our products are made to order, please review the processing and delivery timelines below before purchasing.

2. Order Processing Time

Due to the custom nature of our products — including heat press decoration, print preparation, and quality inspection — all orders require up to 24 business days for production before they are dispatched. This processing window applies to all items in our catalog, including:

  • T-Shirts and Hoodies (Men's and Women's)
  • Competition Shorts and Compression Wear
  • Rashguards and Singlets
  • Crop Crews and Quarter-Zips
  • Headgear, Baseball Hats, and Accessories
  • USA Beach Wrestling Affiliate Products
  • Team Store and Bulk Orders

Orders are not processed on weekends or US public holidays. Processing time begins from the date your order is confirmed, not from the date of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship across the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your delivery location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

All delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order placement date. We do not offer guaranteed express shipping due to our custom production timeline.

4. International Shipping

We primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm availability and costs for your destination.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 24 business days of placing your order, please contact us at aziolkowski@brute.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Brute Beach Wrestling is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately — once production has begun, address changes may not be possible.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Brute Beach Wrestling is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit. If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 business days after the dispatch date, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before opening, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at aziolkowski@brute.com. We will review your claim and work to find an appropriate resolution.
