1. Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through brutebeachwrestling.com. Brute Beach Wrestling ("we," "us," or "our") takes pride in the quality of every product we produce. Because all of our apparel is custom printed or heat-pressed and made specifically for each customer, please review this policy in full before placing your order.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All Brute Beach Wrestling products — including t-shirts, hoodies, competition shorts, compression wear, singlets, rashguards, crop crews, headgear, hats, and accessories — are custom decorated and produced to order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Color preference after receiving the product
  • Slight color variation due to the pigment-dye process (this is an inherent characteristic of the fabric and not considered a manufacturing defect)
  • Dissatisfaction with fit based on standard sizing when the size guide was available at the time of purchase

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on every product page carefully before placing your order. Size charts are available on each individual product listing.

3. Eligible Claims — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will accept return claims and offer a resolution in the following circumstances only:

  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • The item has a visible print or heat-press defect that is a result of our production process
  • The wrong item, size, or color was shipped as a result of our error

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted. To submit a claim, email us at aziolkowski@brute.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the item laid flat showing the issue clearly.

4. Resolution Options

Upon review and approval of a valid claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

We reserve the right to request additional information or photographs before approving any claim. Approval is at our sole discretion.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as your order enters the custom production queue and materials may already be allocated or work begun.

To request a cancellation, email aziolkowski@brute.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL ORDER." Cancellations are only confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from us.

6. Pigment-Dyed Products

Several products in our catalog use a pigment-dye process that gives each garment unique character, including slight variation in color tone between units and across washes. This variation is an intentional feature of the fabric and process, not a manufacturing defect. Please allow for this variation when ordering pigment-dyed items. Returns or refunds will not be issued on this basis.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval and will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances except verified manufacturing defects:

  • All custom printed and heat-pressed apparel
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original tags
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events
  • Team Store bulk orders once production has commenced

9. How to Contact Us for a Claim

To submit a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email aziolkowski@brute.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach a clear photograph of the item laid flat, showing the issue
  4. Describe the issue briefly in the body of your email
  5. State your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days. Incomplete claims may result in processing delays.

10. Changes to This Policy

Brute Beach Wrestling reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
